Access and use of COVAP's websites

On accessing one of our websites, or using one of our online services, we will record the necessary information to provide you with access, for the functioning of the website and in order to comply with the legal and security requirements in relation to the functioning of our website, such as passwords, IP addresses and browser settings. We also collect information on your activities during your visit in order to personalise your experience on the website, such as the recording of your preferences and settings, and in order to gather statistics that help us to improve and continue to develop our websites, products and services.

To answer requests for information or so you can make a purchase or request help. Employment and internship requests

When you send us a request for employment or internship within our company, we collect your data for the purpose of managing the CVs and selection processes of possible future employees. Children under the Age of 13

COVAP’s website is not directed to and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information.
